MY BIEL Update - 4/12/20012

1)Patents are important,as they protect BIEL's Products.Also, Retailers want to see these protections if they are going to carry BIEL's Products. They don't want to see knock offs coming in and taking business away from them.

2)The PR today was intentional for a couple reasons;
a) They keep us informed
b) These pr's are also sent thru to industry trade journals to catch interest. They always get inquiries when they do this.

3) BIEL has presented their products to 3 major chains ( 1 of the 3 is ready to go...just waiting for the final green light) The other 2 are still deciding.The Canadian distributors sales force is already trained and in place.

4)In the UK,Boots Pharmacy have been presented to and interested. BIEL is in talks with them right now to go on their shelves.

5)Andy is now heading to Germany to talk to a major distributor there.

6)They have developed the BIEL line to be priced at $10.00 to sell when/if FDA Approval happens.

7) Walgreens,CVS, and Rite Aid have all been presented to,and are extremely interested and ready to talk,once/if FDA approval happens.

8) More studies are on there way which BIEL did not have to pay for.
