ATTENTION TO ALL PHAR MODS ... Thanks for bringing this up. I thought the same thing when I saw it. Last week most of the mods discussed an equitable way of ensuring the stickies were first of all worthy of being a sticky ... that meant factual, pro or con. One mod chose not to participate in the the discussion. We also agreed not to allow opinions and conjecture to be made into a sticky.

I do not think this cited example should be a sticky. It is simply someone's opinion and even the percentages listed are also someone's opinion.

I think this sticky should be removed.

I ask that all other mods post a similar note to this one and give a thumbs up or thumbs down ... majority rules.
