I agree...this is a very serious issue. Clearly, posts that are stickied will undoubtedly be the deciding factor in whether or not Howard has/will obtain financing to get Aquaprin to market.

Sorry was away and could not respond sooner. Have to concur with Pennywest, it does give an "opinion,' however, not too factually far off. At least people stopping by wouldn't have to read through a multitude of posts to get at the gist of what's going on with PHAR. I say 'stickie.' go PHAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
