10k is an Annual report and would not include any information as of recent. It will include financial information that ended 12/31/2011, OS, etc.. The 10q coming up next month, I believe, is the one that might shed light but will never include such comments as in today’s press release, all though it still should have been wired. Just hoping to get this 10k out of the way so we can again react on news. GLTA

It seems clear at this point (for those who have been watching) that we will see lower revenue, little higher costs and a massive spike in O/S. PLUS the out of context % rise in Neo app being used to scan.

wonder how far we fall and if this is the last 10k that will be so poor, maybe 1or 2 more before we start to see improvement (hard to see YA not extending the terms a bit adding to our costs a LOT)
