It seems clear at this point (for those who have been watching) that we will see lower revenue, little higher costs and a massive spike in O/S. PLUS the out of context % rise in Neo app being used to scan.

wonder how far we fall and if this is the last 10k that will be so poor, maybe 1or 2 more before we start to see improvement (hard to see YA not extending the terms a bit adding to our costs a LOT)
