Looks like he is getting dumber by the day not to mention probably blew a fuse in front of the board. So we can add instability to his long list of losing attributes..

Pok, I don't think your post was OT at all... I agree. It is amazing to me how, as you said... "stupid", some businessmen can be. I have seen it for years and it continues; not only in the big companies but all the way down to small businesses as well. Too many times company management loses touch with what motivates their customers to do business with them, and often ignore the front line workers that make the company tick. All too often it is the advice from some fresh out of business school MBA fad idea or management's lacking the experience of hands on work at the lower levels or lack of knowledge of direct customer contact that is the root and cause of some of these hair brained decisions.

I think NOK's total obsession with the bottom line and market percentage has led to a lower quality product in recent years (I have not been pleased with the quality/durability of the latest batch of NOK phones I bought two years ago for my family, pre arb. dispute btw).

I believe this poor quality control coupled with Nokia's cutthroat business practices is starting to catch up with them, and as you stated it is reflected in their stock price.
