I received an arrogant response from him today claiming the SEC hasn't contacted Kuni and that wasn't the reason for the silence. He has pretty much told me the SEC won't do anything to him or Kuni. His first arrogant response was back when he pasted the SEC website and said go ahead contact them. I did try and call Kuni again today. I love the last part of the message that says leave your name and number and we will call you back. What a joke this has become.
