Maybe he wasn't being arrogant, when he gave you the SEC info. If he wasn't getting paid, maybe he was hoping you or the SEC would light a fire under Kuni's arse.

And of course he is still saying Kuni is a good man, if he blasts him publicly, he'll never see his money.
