This is possible. Look at when the letter of intent was first initiated and what the PPS was back then. CHRI would be basing their buy out price on the PPS and market value of HBRM at that time. Just because there had been a nice bump in the PPS based on the buy out news and the anticipated positive news from the company on Tuesday does not mean the buy out price is going to keep increasing.
