And he is working his butt off to acomplish this. I think he has been doing this for alot of years. He is just more focus now than ever before.

Source? That is a very important and specific development you are referencing, and I wouldn't expect you to make it lightly.

What you have is a company that has learned shares are serious business.

And I suppose I'll ask for a source for this as well, because I'm not really seeing anything objective to support this either.
