At this time I am not concerned with the A/S rising to 800 million. One reason is that this is Authorized Shares and not Outstanding Shares. Another important reason I am not concerned is that I and probably nobody else on this board knows what the shares might be used for. Until I know what the shares might be used for why should I worry at this point.

When I do find out what he wants to use part of the additional shares for I most likely will cheer him on and say "RAY, WHAT A GREAT IDEA AND USE OF OGOC SHARES."

I am sure Ray has a very good use for the shares that will further enhance the value of his own shares thus EQUALLY ENHANCING OUR SHARES RIGHT ALONG WITH HIS. AFTERALL HE HAS EVERY THING THAT HE OWNS INCLUDING HIS HOUSE INVESTED IN EGOC.

I am concentrating on what the near term news will be. THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT UPCOMING NEAR TERM EVENT IN THE LIFE OF EGOC THUS FAR IMO

GLTY AND GLTA LONG TERM SHAREHOLDERS.
