Sell stop loss. And MMs usually take a stock down to get the shares from the stops. Then when news comes out they resell them at the higher price.

An order placed with a broker to sell a security when it reaches a certain price. A stop-loss order is designed to limit an investor's loss on a security position.


JMO But I never use stop losses
