Yes that is right Dean, That was less than 1/5 the amount owed and MS went into full swing in developing the system only to get shorted 8.3M.

Now if you ever ran a business you know that you set a budget and run by it. In MS case thier budget got ruined and the peeps that they had promised to pay could not be paid as well.

Laugh all you want, Dean put the screws to MS.
