That's what I don't get. They claim their technology has BEEN there. Needed to make it lighter so it can be hauled around on helo instead of the big blimp. Yet all these years keep passing by with nothing but a few "images".... So who's to blame? Dean should be the last one they are blaming cuz he handed over a free $1.7 million in funds to them! Lol
