Their recent 10K says otherwise a website is not official their 10K however is and it is not up to others to retain bad information that no longer applies to this security as none of it pertains to the remaining claims held by the company and that FAQ is strictly related to the CM, which they lost the rights to.

How can anyone possible disagree with the statement that SUGO defaulted on the claims that had been tested? They said it themselves in their 10-K!!!

Because it contained false information it should be removed. SUGO's website is totally out of date and still has the forbidden NI report on it. My WAG is they don't have the money to pay someone to fix it!
