Agreed, and as such if one is going to post it as if it were still relevant information it should at least contain the current information released by the company regarding it therefore the FAQ stays as is with the NEW information from the company's recent 10K filing regarding their failure to pay on time to maintain their rights to the Conglomerate Mesa. It should serve as a reminder of the multiple failures occurring here, but hey the management pays itself regularly close to the $200,000+ range but cannot pay the simple lease payment.
They have $120,000 salaries and have sold $75,000 in shares for additional compensation under their agreement for the year 2011.
