I think ECDC may be announcing a name change for WetWinds following the release of 10-K. This is because the current domain name, wetwinds.us is not a global extension, and the owner of wetwinds.com wants $20k for a domain he only acquired last year or so. Regardless, this year will be promiscuous for ECDC and holders (long and short).
