Surprised you aren't stating the obvious. Of course this matters. It's a reversal of where this company said it was going last year. New leadership and suddenly the fins are not even timely filed?
Especially if there is no real earnings to report, this is big sign of a problem, in my opinion. In past communications, PR's, etc.,Company told us about silent period and their efforts to get rid of the "stop sign," but CD passes and now what? Rueben isn't paid or directed to file these fins anymore? Maybe there was an extension granted, but figured you would bounce harder on this STB. That being said, I appreciate your posts now more than I used to. take care, MOPN up (hopefully someday...)
