Not sure if anyone else mentioned this but if ATRN was closing doors, how about they move from their expensive building and downsize to something down the street. As a business would you rather keep your fancy office and not file the 10K? I mean it's a silly question but think about it. Is everyone at Atrinsic so careless and that stupid? I think not.

Why can't they just post their annual report ( including 4th quarter last year) on their website without any cost?
