Thanks buckhunter - that's what I was looking at and notice that it does not cost a fortune- but wasn't sure if there were any other lawyer fees - I guess I was trying to get the amount as close to as an actual amount as possible- in any hand, as mentioned by few, if the company really did not have the funds in their cash account to file the 10K and wanted to save the money, why not get rid of some of those shares- I mean I have to say that if BK was on horizon this is not how the company would go about doing this- I strongly believe that something much better and greater is in the works- How soon? I hope we find out next week-
