New Motion paid $138M for Traffix in 2007! Let that sink in. Traffix is the part of Atrinsic that we are all excited about - SEO, SMO, online advertising. That is Traffix! New Motion did a lot of ringtone sales and games and wallpapers and all that crap that your kid downloads to their phones and you get an outrageous bill at the end of the month.

Now, if Traffix was worth $138M in 2007, and if New Motion had the money to buy Traffix, what the heck is the whole company worth today?!?!?!?
The buyout will be based on a valuation of the company by a committee set up for that purpose. They have already done their work and the buyout price is already set. The PPS does not matter for the buyout!!!!
