What do you think they'll do with the unrestricted shares? They'll dump them into the float just like you're seeing this week.
Overall, yes they made some strides to improve ARNH but the fact is, if they planned on bringing in huge revenues anytime soon they would have been able to release all restricted common shares IMO. Why would they release freely trading shares to convert the debt? Now those shares get dumped into the market thereby diluting the stock price.
What I really want to know is how many are restricted so I can keep an eye on when the float might be getting close to locked up. I don't think we've seen the bottom yet.
