I know that you don't like them but come on; ruin shareholder value? Also to say that they produced 181k with 97K profit for the entire year is kind of mean... we both know they were not even operational according to Q3 and Q4...

From what I can see, they settled the debt for pennies 0.0095, reduced the Authorized from 2 BILLION to 800 Million. Now have only 320 Million in the issued and outstanding with over 2/3 of this "225 Million Restricted and locked up."

The biggest thing that I saw that got my attention is they went on record to say they would not dilute the shareholders if they needed to offer a stock package to Key Mgmt, Vendors or Endorsement - up to 90 Million would be taken from the management, don't see that often... also the 95 million says "some being subject to certain restrictions" Whatever that means...

Low I/O, max of 95 million in the float and a hot business model... It's a lot better than I thought it was going to be!
