Everyone needs to read this (link back). Looks like the buyout/merger is a go imo.

CHRI is most likely using HBRM to enter the US market.

When CHRI uses us to get into America and allows us here to expand our wings at same time expanding its wings well we have explosive chemistry with a beautiful and elegant sound to my ears!!
