For common shares, that is highly unlikely. Assume $100 million comes to equity. Of that $100 million, $25 million goes to common shareholders. About 1.2 billion common shareholders granted releases.

$25 million / 1.2 billion = about 2 cents/share

So for every $100 million that comes to equity from liquidation or litigation, old commons will receive about 2 cents per pre-conversion share.
