AS increase was ment for employee compenstation. Well read what wonderfull COO is doing with that stock he got before. It will be never ending circle if WE SHAREHOLDERS KEEP APPROVING AUTHORIZED SHARES INCREASE. You guys have two options keep your head in the sand and don't care or read and vote NO next time.
