That would be nice, but I think EcoMike already addressed that issue.

Please allow me to paraphrase:
"You can't get blood out of a turnip"

You'll spend money for air fare and they may not have the money for a bus ticket to get get to court, let alone thousands of dollars for damages and/or losses.
So what will you get, a "piece" of the well? ...maybe office furniture from the road in Woodland, moved there by the landlord, after they were evicted, hypothetically speaking.

Any money they have would be secured and unavailable.

I wish everyone the best of luck on this. I lost a bundle (relatively speaking), the most I've ever lost on any stock. Good thing I didn't put this much into DUN&, LOL.

I'm trying to put it behind me, but I keep looking back, just hoping something will come thru.
