I have lost more on this stock than i care to say! from what i hear the company is desperately trying to acquire "other assets" that will be easier to market than dry gas-don't know if they have anything left in the haynesville?

That's true. Wishful thinking I guess...but corporate officers can be sued individually when fraud is involved. Perhaps some of the Mainland individuals with past relationships with Pierce may fall under this umbrella.
