Wamugold. There are numerous stocks on the OTCBB and the pinks with share prices over $1.00. I don't share your concerns. If we want to actually our shares eventually listed on an exchange (stocks on the OTCBB are not, strictly speaking, "listed"; nor is the OTCBB an "exchange"), we will need to have a share price that exceeds $4.00 for - I believe - six months.

I see the OTCBB as a necessary first step to eventually being listed on an exchange.
