The F/S will have the share count as of 12/31 the Q1 due in May will have the share count for Q ended 3/31.

SO MANY RED FLAGS WITH THIS COMPANY.

TA GAGGED. - Hiding something.
REVERSE SPLITS - only means the company is in trouble.
CONTINUAL DEBT - the company can't make one penny in profits.
CEO GAFFS - so many things spoken by the CEO have turned out to be lies or just WRONG!
DTCC CHILL - something was amiss in the company.

Is there any wonder why the PPS is in the dumps? Some like to believe it's only the DTC, or MM's or the infamous "competitors" that are keeping the stock down.

Clunker down boys and girls...it's a long and bumpy ride to ... nothingness...
