It was just a thought.
The Sino-Deal was canceled because the numbers of shares could not delivered. The non-existing of the subs was not the problem.
So the Subs are real !?
Victor was doing fraud charges with other companys...not with HRCT.
An other (old) mails make believe that the subs could be real.
If the subs are real...they should be worth some millions.
Maybe they are still working without Homepage/IR/PR....and waiting for Victor ;-)
