#2134 RE: preamp #2133

Peamp I don't think trying to do new breakthrough technology is as easy as the casino, PR sporting event and fast lane life of the OTC makes it out to be. It just offers an easier way to raise money and make contacts than doing it privately. But takes everyone for a ride in the process. Since the OTC is a casino like ride activity. A PR sporting event. Investors more of a ride than management. But must be for management too. If PWTC was a private company they would probably have a lot harder time to raise money, make connections, get exposures and taken serious. But either doing it going public in the fast lane of the casino OTC or the slow concealed less money plays private way, there is no gurantee of success. However it is easier for PWTC to raise the needed money on the OTC especially if can't get it from partners or alliances. And it does seem that PWTC has the battery done. But far from industry worthy and ready yet. The new lead paste doesn't seem to be needed and if it can make the battery even better it can come later in a better version. What is more importan than the paste is the new structural complexity. And that seems done if not tested ready in all aspects of wear and tear prime time use..
All in my honest but greedy biased guesses and opinions.

I have spoken with "Alvie" myself and he resigned from this company months ago....I also noted that this has not been filed with the exchange either....not good....

This clip is from Edgar filing Form 10QSB October 2002:
"The Company rents a facility in Las Vegas, Nevada from Bonanza West Properties, a partnership 50% owned by Alvin A. Snaper, a director and Vice President of the Company. Rents for the nine months ended October 31, 2002 totaled approximately $18,000. This lease was terminated in November 2002."

I also note that S8 pops up quite often- 4 times from February to Nov 2002 - 9,000,000 million shares were issued

I have been reading the board on this one...I wouldn't own any company that we cannot get answers from....remember to do your own due dilly, read the filings and call the people listed in those filings....it's a public company
