NOPE. Read it carefully it is referring to WM Recovery's first plant in California *not* GETH. Even the Agilyx quote mentions GETH as "having done a great job developing the project up to this point." Meaning GETH had tried to get the plant up and running but has now handed it off to another company by selling the permit.
