Unreal find, there's a need to filter out the noise and zone in on the lightning bolt clues buried amongst all the obfuscation. You sir have found a lightning bolt. That makes me believe more than ever Dr. Soon is going to replace all that YA debt with his money. He will become NEOM's senior creditor. He will then feed deals to NEOM from his other companies. What NEOM will look like 6 months from is nothing like what people are looking at now.

I can only see this as positive for NEOM. I am sure NEOM's CFO Col. Barry S Bear came in and observed the stronghold YA had on NEOM and called in for some fire support from Dr. Soon-Shiong who is now ridding in like the Cavalry to engage in what will I am sure will be called an f'ing epic battle and annihilation of YA. I am guessing what is going on right now is come clandestine operations that will sabotage YA and disorientate them so NEOM and the Dr. can take the high ground before the saluter. I am wondering if this has something to do with the wording of their new Material Definitive Agreement with YA on 2/6/12

Don't anyone here think that YA is a helpful investment company. I would rather use a New York mafia loan shark then this company. Do some DD and a Google search on the company and you will see that IMO they are the definition of scumbags.

I haven't been able to find any link between Dr. Soon-Shiong and Pharmaceutical Corporation of America. The only thing similar that I can find is American Pharmaceutical Partners which was founded by him.

JPetroInc! You never have to explain yourself to me. Over the years you've provided excellent DD on this stock & been one of our best advocates.

I think both of us lost our focus for awhile as YA continued to dilute. But "DEEP POCKETS" has arrived & for better or worse things will never be the same.

My bet is our funding situation improves dramatically & PPS will improve a lot in the not too distant future.

discovered that Streetstlyz is correct and that he concedes that they are two different companies and that NeoMedia's CFO did not work for Dr. Patrick Soon-Shiong's Pharmaceutical Corporation of America.
