I can only see this as positive for NEOM. I am sure NEOM's CFO Col. Barry S Bear came in and observed the stronghold YA had on NEOM and called in for some fire support from Dr. Soon-Shiong who is now ridding in like the Cavalry to engage in what will I am sure will be called an f'ing epic battle and annihilation of YA. I am guessing what is going on right now is come clandestine operations that will sabotage YA and disorientate them so NEOM and the Dr. can take the high ground before the saluter. I am wondering if this has something to do with the wording of their new Material Definitive Agreement with YA on 2/6/12

Don't anyone here think that YA is a helpful investment company. I would rather use a New York mafia loan shark then this company. Do some DD and a Google search on the company and you will see that IMO they are the definition of scumbags.
