You can buy DGRI with Scottrade.

as well as fidelity and I think etrade....they are on tehdtcc chill list along with thousands of others...

you need to buy with a firm that self-clears and does not use the dtc, if you want to buy.

ETRADE happily welcomes buys and sells of DGRI for normal commissions.
