I agree that this has potential to rise again and would like to buy some. I have a TD account and when I place an order it comes up as cancelled immediately with the words "closing transactions only" at the top. I think this means you can only sell with TD, because you sure can't buy. Who allows you to buy this stock and why would TD place that restriction on this? Until all brokerage houses allow full trade, I really don't see this reaching it's full potential.
