The new people are getting excited about nothing. The history of this company has been diluting the stock value to stay afloat, and endless promises of pending $$$ contracts and being uplisted. All the promises of great financial rewards was/is a farce and their past actions of what they did to the stock tells the real tale. I'd like to be wrong about what is going to happen in the future, but the odds are in my favor that this recent up tick will be for nothing.
