The actually Price per share of this deal is .70 not $1.39

200 x .70 = $140

1 preferred share @ $140 which can be exchange for 200 common share of DHT after june 30, 2013

PPS $280/400 Shares = .7


IMO the price will not drop to .7 per share through the end of march because if it does why would anyone participate in the offering if they can buy 400 shares at .7.

My understanding the extra capital they will purchase Used Ships and pay off debt.
