You are correct, mgmt has more to lose or gain than anyone on these boards. The business will succeed and those holding a good number of shares will benefit greatly. The caveat is that it isn't our timeline to control so we must be patient.

IMO. Long and strong here.

I'm with you. Many thank that the leaders hear can be so inept as to blow even this one up. While there is some reworking of the plan it's not other than I felt was coming. It's not a placer play but hard rock. We well get the gold the same way as any other hard rock mine. Just a matter of time. JMO

I think you need to compare this to some SERIOUS miners to gain a better perspective...

Their actions speak louder than their claims.... The have not been acting like a serious miner. They've been acting like a pump and dump.

...and when you add in their many other penny stock failures, the trend is seen even more vividly... they will dilute this to worthlessness imo, just like PQs last stock, where he issued BILLIONS of shares, reverse split everyone into a small percentage, then started diluting them all over again... while making all kinds of claims that never came true.

If they spent the millions they are giving to promoters and PQs inexperienced family members, on the mine and/or experienced employees instead, i might have a very different opinion here. At one time i was bullish on SFMI, but that did not last long. The BS got THICK and i bailed around .30.

Sadly, others were questioning the company back then as well, but they decided to ignore their actions and hold for the big decline... After 15 years of trading pennies, i dont take any concern lightly. 90%+ of penny stock will fail long term and PQs past several penny stock ventures are running at a 100% failure rate... A company/management team has to be very special to overcome the odds and they are living a wealthy life regardless of SFMI's success.

Without STRONG management a penny stock has very little chance for success. ESPECIALLY with mining, where simple mistakes can equate to millions of dollars lost, long delays or even people dying... It doesn't matter whats in the ground if you're being misled and diluted to worthlessness. You should invest in a managements ability to get things done on time and on budget, not because of the property. HUNDREDS of miners are siting on high potential properties, yet the majority of those stocks have little value... for most Junior miners, their properties are just a big danglin' carrots to keep people buying stock and supporting the lifestyle they have grown accustomed too....

Management does just enough to give the appearance that they trying to get something accomplished here. I think they are hoping to give the impression that they are incompetent, yet sincerely trying and possibly learning.

But they aren't really even trying.
