what are you talking about?? The only people who can dilute is WP and DF and it would be IMPOSSIBLE for them to dump that many shares on the open market. Plus 75% of their preferred shares convert at 73 cents, exactly the price of the stock now! The only way for them to profit is by selling the company so there will be no dilution. Deerfield is selling about 3 million shares and has been for about 6 months. After half a year they have only sold about half, so if you do the math it's impossible for WP and DF to dump all their shares. Plus they put in rules for DF selling their small amount of stock, WHY, becuase they dont want the price to go down either because they own it at these levels.
