You're assuming Guyer responds to all 11 adequacy issues by 4/17 and that the responses are all adequate

Why does everybody keep saying guyer responds? I would think that rice handles drms issues as he is the mining specialist. The permit is all about the mill and plant and real property issues and rice is ceo after all....guyer is cfo and doubt he is running the front end.
