Cannabis use, is illegal under Federal law as well as the sale of Cannabis, maybe you should tell all the medical shops selling it.

Think that stuff is in the hands of the States thu. The medical stuff.

they have stated that the cannacig is intended for medical use... which under current law and mandates would make it 100% legal... as for other units which will be sold via retail you can almost guarantee that they will not be called the cannacig since that term has been coined for medical

also the retail units will not come with prefilled oil cartridges which again will make this product completely legal... no different than any other smoking device which again are all legal under current us laws
