pennyprince2010, its irrelevant that it is for medical use since it is not registered or approved by the FDA for delivery of drugs, also a Federal Regulation, the fact that RFMK his clearly indicated that it is for the use with illegal drugs, it is an illegal product under Federal law, and yes, I do realize that marijuana paraphernalia is not illegal under California law, but that all changes once it moves across any borders.
