Dell told IT managers that they SHOULD buy the Wave key management progam not that they MUST buy it. They therefore, have also set up a situation where if the IT manager needs to manage keys or retrieve them, they have screwed up for ONLY $60 what be many hours at best and a disaster at worst.

Could CYA mean Buy now and Cover Your Assets

Ya think it might take more than an hours worth of salary to retrieve and manage a single set of keys or try to explain it to the higher ups?
