Positive filings would be showing growth in revenues, growth in profits (even if that simply means they lose less money than they had previously due to legacy debt), or other indicators of general growth in the company (such as putting together a deal to get rid of Yorkville) -- you know, all the indicators that people look for in a company to indicate they are moving a positive direction.

As to the being disappointed, that would only apply if it was my expectation to see the company having eliminated all debt and showed a profit with the 10k filing. My original comment was that I expect that we won't see too much movement with the stock until we see positive filings. I suspect that it will take some time before we see filings that meet your definition of positive (I suspect your definition is much closer to the "eliminated all debt and showing massive profits" -- a point that when reached, would have already been preceded by many "positive filings" as defined by most other people's standards).
