Hi TOSCA, nothing to add but thank you. Analysis like that takes a lot of time. You are very much appreciated here!

So, part II. Let's go for a more realistic 100 acres and multiply the 10-year cost and revenue by 100. The problem is we only generate the revenue after 10 years, So, SGCP first need to find $700,000 to pay the bills before cashing the estimated $2,250,000. A forward sale SL1 would be a blessing, if not the only alternative is a JV. Part III will be 10,000 acres, but I'll wait, as I have the time.

TOSCA, Thanks and quesitons - of course :)

Great figures to chew on while we wait for something offical from SGCP.

If we bring this up to size, will we need to have so much in management costs? $400 an acre for even 5,000 acres would be $2 million dollars.

And I'm hoping that there are going to be other areas for revenue that we haven't thought about yet.

Such as... what would it take to set up a small furniture building shop in SL? Just start with simple tables and chairs. We'd be creating jobs and making a product that can be exported.

What a great success story this little company can become!

Thanks again TOSCA!
