I had to fight my gag reflex at the very thought that the DTC might be in line for restitution. But considering our justice system, it's par for the course. The DTC took a full year to release the CTBG distribution. Then they took another full year to figure out the had screwed up in the first place. Their incompetent action caused serious harm to many. So it only follows that the DTC is probably in line ahead of the screwed.
I encourage the victims to check with the SEC to see if there is an established "pecking order" for dispersing restitution funds. I'm going to, but I'm not a great DD guy.
