So pls Anvil, I'm slow, explain to me, WHY and HOW somehow RCCH is guilty of Gendarme selling 2.1 Billion shares into the market when they were NOT supposed to by timewise, and wasnt it Gendarme tht did the same deal to the other 11 to 13 companies shares into the market too? I mean even Earnest has posted what Gendarme did was not allowed,

S-11-0053 KJM-KJN is set for July 15, 2013 and "The parties estimate a jury trial length of approximately eleven (11) days. Trial briefs are due by July 1, 2013." By my calculations we are looking at July 29, 2013. Even if the matter is completely concluded on July 29, 2013, I don't think it will be likely the DTC will immediately lift the chill. Perhaps someone could repost the chill restrictions and how restrictions are lifted again.
