So, SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION, Plaintiff, v. GENDARME CAPITAL CORP.: et al., NO. CIV. S-11-0053 KJM-KJN is set for July 15, 2013 and "The parties estimate a jury trial length of approximately eleven (11) days. Trial briefs are due by July 1, 2013." By my calculations we are looking at July 29, 2013. Even if the matter is completely concluded on July 29, 2013, I don't think it will be likely the DTC will immediately lift the chill. Perhaps someone could repost the chill restrictions and how restrictions are lifted again.

Maybe one of the moderators could be kind enough to post the link provided by Anvil permanently into the I-Box?
